A collector of soul music since 1976, Phil Driver is the founder of Soul Unsigned, a UK-based company that supports unsigned and independent Soul, Funk, Jazz and R&B artists through its website, radio shows and record label. Phil also writes a regular column for the legendary Blues & Soul magazine.
