Review: Its been a busy 2006 for Osunlade. He released a beautiful album in ode to his new home, Santorini, aptly titled Aquarian Moon and was part of the brand new Soul Heaven compilation: Soul Heaven Presents: Osunlade & DJ Spen, add that to his numerous and consistent remix work with remixes like Ben Westbeechs So Good Today, Jazztroniks Dentro Mi Alma and AtJazzs Put It On, and to top things off, heading Yoruba Records, in which he took the new Yoruba Catalog to the digital realm, as well as releasing a retrospective of the labels out put in the form of Yoruba Records: Cinco Anos. You can say he has done enough for one year, but with this man, you really cant predict anything.

Review: Glenn Underground is one of the deepest of the deep house producers, following Larry Heard's classic Chicago tracks with his own earthy grooves, more closely aligned to the spiritual tones of disco than even contemporary house music. In fact, his bootleg remix of the prototye disco single -- Donna Summer's "I Feel Love," with production by Giorgio Moroder -- is virtually a necessity in the crates of house DJs. The head Underground has recorded for nu-school Chicago label Cajual/Relief (as GU) plus Europeans like Peacefrog, DJAX-Up-Beats, SSR and Guidance.
